Lululemon La Encantada "Studio of the Month" ~ 4th Avenue Yoga




Lululemon La Encantada has honored 4th Avenue Yoga as it's "Studio of the Month"!
I had the opportunity to teach a complimentary mindful power flow class to about 40 dedicated yogis this morning. 
What a beautiful way to begin the day!
