Breathe...Transform Fear Into Excitement

I was introduced to Dr. David Berceli's TRE® approach during my Yoga Therapy training at Inner Vision Yoga and have found that self induced therapeutic tremors help me on a number of levels - from tense, tight hips as a result of my regular running practice to excess mental and emotional tension as a result of my work in the behavioral health field. I feel lighter, clearer and I am able to face life's inevitable stresses and challenges again and again. 

Yoga offers a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit and provides tools to cope with life’s challenges. Yoga supports and complements medical science and traditional therapies. Yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and guided imagery are well known for stress reduction.

In this Therapeutic Yoga class you will experience a blend of Hatha Yoga, TRE® (Trauma & Tension Releasing Exercises), and self-induced therapeutic tremoring (SITT®) proven to help in releasing excess stress and tension from within the body. The class will conclude with a guided relaxation to ease the mind, body, and spirit from the effects of trauma, pain and suffering.
