Rise and Shine Yoga ($6 Drop-In)
MONDAYS & FRIDAYS, 7:00AM - 8:15AM

Beginning Yoga ($6 Drop-In)
WEDNESDAYS, 5:30PM - 6:45PM

These practices gracefully integrate the yin and yang into one empowering Hatha Yoga experience. You will begin and end each practice with longer held postures layered into a playful and challenging blend of sun salutations, standing postures, forward folds and back bends. Beginners are welcome, these practices are appropriate for ALL LEVELS.



Yin Yoga ($6 Drop-In)
SUNDAYS, 3:30PM - 4:45PM

This healing practice is slow-paced and deeply meditative.  The yin postures are held 3-5 minutes with a focus on hip/shoulder opening and neck/back releasing postures and places an emphasis on breath as medicine, helping to alleviate feelings of anxiety, stress, and worry.  You will leave this class feeling empowered to cultivate the practice of gratitude to open your heart and transform the perception you carry of yourself and the world around you. Beginners are welcome, this practice is appropriate for ALL LEVELS.





Yoga for Stress & Anxiety ($12 Drop-In)
2ND TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH, 7:00PM - 8:30PM

Retrain Your Brain ($12 Drop-In)
4TH TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH, 7:00PM - 8:30PM

These therapeutic practices are very slow-paced and deeply meditative.  The restorative postures are held 5-10 minutes with a focus on hip/shoulder opening and neck/back releasing postures.  These offerings place an emphasis on breath as medicine, along with other techniques to help alleviate the feelings of anxiety, stress, and worry from the challenges of daily life.  Each offering includes Yoga Nidra, aromatherapy, mantras, and mudras. You will leave each class feeling empowered to cultivate the practice of gratitude to open your heart and transform the perception you carry of yourself and the world around you. 
Beginners are welcome, these practices are appropriate for ALL LEVELS.

This therapeutic practice places an emphasis on women's health and offers techniques to align oneself with the natural rhythmic forces of our bodies, the environment, and the Universe. When we don't incorporate Nature and her rhythms into our day-to-day lives, we are ultimately going against Source, we don't feel well physically, mentally, or emotionally, and don't know why.  Our Universe, planet, ecosystems, human bodies, and the systems inside of our bodies are all naturally compatible members of a rhythmic network. It's time to "re-member" these rhythms in order to once again tap into Nature - Source's "alignment" solution for ideal function and flow. Beginners are welcome, this practice is appropriate for ALL LEVELS, WOMEN ONLY.

This therapeutic practice is very slow-paced and deeply meditative, placing an emphasis on breath as medicine, helping to alleviate the symptoms of PTSD and to increase the resilience of critical task performers working in high stress environments, including effected caregivers and family members.  Therapeutic yoga approaches the emotions from the doorway of the body, or, more precisely, from the residue left in the body by trauma, loss and challenges of daily life.  It meets the constitutions held and helps one to release them, often without words. 
You will leave each class feeling empowered to cultivate the practice of gratitude to open your heart and transform the perception you carry of yourself and the world around you. Beginners are welcome, this practice is appropriate for ALL LEVELS.
