Tonight's (WOMENS ONLY) restorative & gentle yoga offering will focus on embracing the energies being offered up by Moon in Leo and Sun in Aquarius. These two zodiac archetypes inspire love, unity, courage, strength, and freedom.
When we turn inward and seek the deeper rewards of our spirits - faith, adventure, change, loyalty, generosity, and of course LOVE - we begin to bring forth our spiritual strength.
With self-love comes self-acceptance, and with self-acceptance the magic and miracles of the world lie within our grasp.
Love, we discover, has amazing powers. If we shine it on fear, it transforms it into love; shine it on our own fears and we have the power to heal our own wounds.
