As many return back to school this time of year - myself included, as I continue on my journey to become a certified Yoga Therapist - I have found this to be an opportune time to cultivate a healthy and sustainable ritual for self-care as we prepare to shift into a season full of changes. Come, join me for a rejuvenating yoga practice featuring aroma and touch therapy techniques aide in our own natural healing process!
Cultivate a sense of ease and learn tools to balance the stresses of daily life as we shift into the Fall Season. This therapeutic workshop will feature a selection of Doterra essential oils layered into a 90-minute gentle & restorative yoga practice. There will be a 30-minute break where students are invited to experience refreshments made using Doterra essential oils. A 60-minute essential oil class will follow introducing selected oils and their uses to maintain a healthy state of being through all the changes life can present us with this time of year.
This workshop will be offered by Tucson Yoga's very own Tiffany Georgia, E-RYT200 and co-taught by fellow Doterra Wellness Advocate and Essential Yoga Program Ambassador Dawn Browning, PhD, RYT200.
