Community Full Moon Yoga, Night Hike & Meditation Rituals Are Back!
Join me on Saturday, 3/31/18, from 7-9pm at Sabino Canyon for the first of this Season’s Monthly Full Moon Yoga, Night Hike & Meditation Rituals in honor of the Full (Blue) Moon in Libra! This is all ages and intended to be a family friendly event! Dress weather appropriate in something you feel comfortable hiking and practicing yoga in - no need for a mat. Be sure to bring water and anything else you feel necessary. I’d prefer we be guided by the light of the Full Moon, but bring along a flashlight in case it’s needed for safety.
