NEW SCHEDULE - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY


I have made the following changes to my schedule of yoga offerings, effective immediately. My sincere apologies for anyone effected by these changes and I truly hope that you find something on my new schedule that meets your needs!

CANCELLED classes:
Sunset Yoga, Mondays, 5:45-6:45pm at Meet Me at Maynard's event 
Friday Night Flow, Fridays, 5:30-6:30pm, 314 E 6th Street - Three Jewels 
Monthly New Moon Hike at Yetman Trail
Monthly Full Moon Hike at Sabino Canyon

MOVED classes:
Restorative Yoga, Thursdays, 10:30-11:45am, 314 E 6th Street - Three Jewels
